It is not completely coincidental that there is a bakery in The Market Hotel Groningen. Harry Westers, founder of WestCord Hotels, comes from a real bakers family. Therefore, the bakery is an ode to the original Bakkerij Westers which is located on the Dutch island of Vlieland since the fifties.

Come enjoy a delicious breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. We make the most tasty fresh sandwiches all day. Next to this, is it ideal to work in peace with a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Want to enjoy a roll or sandwich on-the-go or at home? We offer take out as well.
